Booking & Payment

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
• A deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due as specified at the time of booking.
• Prices are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability.
• Bookings made via Bokun are subject to Bokun's Terms of Service in addition to ours.

Cancellation Policy

• Day Tours: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Full refund.
• Multi-Day Tours: The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the start date. The balance is fully refundable if cancelled 14+ days before start.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@chuttibaaz.com or via WhatsApp.

What's Included

Each tour's inclusions are clearly listed on the booking page. Airfare, international travel insurance, personal expenses, and items not listed as included are the traveller's responsibility.

Tour Modifications

Chuttibaaz reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, government restrictions, safety concerns, or force majeure events. We will notify you of any significant changes and offer alternatives or refunds where appropriate.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departing. Chuttibaaz is not liable for losses arising from cancellation, medical emergency, theft, or other unforeseen events.

Limitation of Liability

Chuttibaaz acts as a tour operator and is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or acts of third-party suppliers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings or use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
